Design Notes

TEF1 Promoter + BD + CikA + TEF1 Terminator. And CikA has been optimized in yeast.

TEF1P and TEF1T are the promoter and terminator of yeast. Gal4 DNA binding domain is from yeast genome and CikA is from Synechococcus elongatus PCC7942.
